Forgotten Your Password?
|
|
The Michigan Tech Initial Sign-On (ISO) password is used to
consolidate and reduce the number of passwords that must be
remembered by individuals as well as to increase the security of our
systems.
Your userid is currently your MTU Login ID (i.e., the same ID you
use to login everywhere else). For instance, if your email
address is bob@mtu.edu, then your MTU Login ID is bob.
Your MTU ISO password is the same password you use for e-mail, HuskyMail,
WebCT, or The Avenue. To change this password and/or learn more about it
please visit the MTU ISO Home Page.
If your MTU ISO password is still set to its initial value, you should
change it as soon as possible.
If you can't remember your password or all else fails please follow
these steps:
- If you have setup your secret questions, please click on the
forgotten password link on this page.
- If you are on-campus, make an in-person visit to your departmental
computer support staff, Telecom Customer Service in the basement of
the EERC building, or the Office of Student Records and Registration on the
main floor of the Administration building. Bring your MTU I.D. card.
- If you are not on-campus please contact the Office of Student
Records and Registration at 906-487-2319
Thank you,
